🌿 Outdoor Space (Slow Mornings Live Here)
Step outside to a shaded patio and large private backyard, surrounded by mature trees and coastal quiet. It’s an easy place to sip morning coffee, work remotely, or let kids and pets roam freely within the fully fenced yard. Start your morning with an easy stroll toward Kalmia, where the local rhythm kicks in at The Blue House Coffee, a quietly coastal kind of start, with good espresso and neighbors who still mean their good mornings.
Beach days are refreshingly simple with provided essentials: a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys because no one wants to pack their entire garage for a beach trip. 😉
