🏡 ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step outside and you're already somewhere most Auburn rentals can't take you. The Harper Flatts community wraps around a full resort-style outdoor pool, a clubhouse game room with a pool table and arcade games, a real fitness center, and a fire pit terrace ringed with Adirondack chairs and string lights — made for replaying the game long after dark. Tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts round it out. This is a property worth booking even if the stadium weren't a mile away.

Inside, the freshly renovated unit opens into a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space with room for all seven of you to land at once. The kitchen is built for real cooking: GE stainless appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, and full cooking basics. The living area centers on a big sectional and a Smart TV loaded with the major streaming services. Slide open the door and you're on the private balcony — morning coffee on one end of the day, pre-game drinks on the other.

Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed, private ensuite bath, and its own Smart TV — perfect for the couple or the grandparents who want a door to close.
Second bedroom (sleeps 4): two queen beds, a second ensuite bath, and a Smart TV of its own — no arguments over who gets the couch.
Guest 7: the sectional works, or ask us for the air mattress.

You have the entire unit to yourself — both bedrooms, both baths, kitchen, living area, and the private balcony — plus full access to every resort amenity: pool, game room, fitness center, fire pit, and courts. Check-in is contact-free at 4:00 PM via keypad; your code arrives in your prearrival message after a quick, app-free digital check-in through Happy Guest (photo ID, digital rental agreement, and a fully refundable $250 hold — or an optional $40 damage waiver instead). Your Guest Portal includes a personalized guidebook, home details, and optional late checkout (12 PM for $25 or 4 PM for $50, approval required).

🚗 PARKING
Two dedicated parking spaces are included at no charge — pull in and you're settled. Just display the parking pass (waiting in the unit) on your windshield at all times. Street parking nearby handles an extra vehicle, and on football Saturdays the shuttle picks up and drops off right at the property, so your car never has to fight stadium traffic.

We keep it simple so everyone has a great stay:

• 7 guests maximum · No parties or events
• No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony ($500 fee if detected)
• Small dogs welcome with prior approval — $25 per dog, per night • Second-floor unit with stair access only — no elevator
